The Pricing model consists of two parts; usage pricing and non usage pricing.
Usage Pricing
The Usage Pricing stipulates the rules fro rating of usage transactions. The usage transaction is guided by the collection process to the coresponding service it belongs to. The Usage Price Plan associated to the Service stipulates the usage prices applied to the transaction.
Non Usage Pricing
The Non Usage Pricing stipulates the rules for how to apply recurring fees to a subscription. The Non Usage Price Plans are associated to Services or to Service Packages in order to determine the recurring fees to a subscription.
